CMA Ventures considers investments in all stages of companies including seed, early stage, and growth capital opportunities.  Our strategy for investment includes:

CMA Ventures partners with other investors and financial institutions when mutually beneficial.

Our team has broad experience with and relationships in business software and technology, niche manufacturing and value-added distribution, and medical software and technology—and we’re open to investing in most other industries. Past investments have ranged from $25,000 to $1.5 million (after follow-on).

CMA Ventures does not typically invest in retail, real estate development, turnaround situations, or change-of-control transactions.
